ENTICE uses charcoal taken from forest fires, focusing on preserving the life of what is gone by reusing and repurposing dead material. The exhibit highlights the organic process of Gadlin’s work, from the repurposed materials to the process of everything beneath the layers of his paintings.
Exhibiting in select galleries, museums and institutions nationwide, the Denver-based Gadlin has over 20 years of experience as an artist, including commissions by governments, Fortune 500 corporations, and private collectors.
An opening reception will be held on September 12th from 5:30PM – 8:30PM in the 1801 California Lobby.
An artist talk will be held with Michael Gadlin on November 5th from 12:00PM – 1:00PM in the 1801 California Lobby.
